The episode begins..
Vanraj tells Maaya that he is tolerating them because of Samar's wedding, otherwise he wouldn't allow someone like Anuj near his door.
Maaya asks why they are so eager to reconcile Anuj and Anupama.
Vanraj says they won't care about Anuj once Samar and Dimpy's wedding is over, and besides, Anupama will go to America, leaving Anuj in a difficult situation.
Maaya warns him to watch his language as he has no right to speak against Anuj.
Vanraj warns her to be mindful of her actions.
Maaya says she won't listen to him.
Vanraj says he won't watch his language either and warns her that she has no right to speak against Anupama.
Anuj is driving the car to drop Anupama home.
He remembers Anupama's recent words and feels sad.

Anupama remembers Anuj expressing his love for her while being intoxicated.
Anuj suggests that when the mind doesn't work, they should freeze it with ice cream.
He asks if he can bring her an ice cream and Anupama requests strawberry flavor.
Anuj gets out of the car to get the ice cream specifically for her.
He wants to spend some more time with her.
Anupama smiles and eats the ice cream slowly.
The ice cream starts melting. Anuj remembers wiping her lips with his kerchief before and offers it to her, saying that he has lost his right to do so now.
Anupama accidentally drops the ice cream.
Anuj asks if he should get a new one, but she says she doesn't need it.
She says when Pakhi was a kid, she used to recite a prince’s story for her; she never knew that a prince would enter her life.
She thanks him for making her feel special and loving her immensely.
She says she lost hope on love, thanks to him for returning her hope; time doesn’t reverse, but he reversed time for her and made her relive her college days.
Anuj says even she completed him.
Anupama says then why they are separating, love is playing a mischievous child who rings the bell and runs away.
She says she feels like drowning in a river.
Anuj says because of him.
Anupama says he wanted to return to her, but fate stopped him and hence its not his mistake.
She will question god why he gave love and then snatched it back.
She continues to describe how much she loved him and how they are separated now.
Anuj says he stayed away from her for a month, but she will be away for 3 years.
They hold each other's hands and ask how they will live without each other.
He apologizes for hurting her knowingly or unknowingly and feels he deserves punishment.
Anupama tells him they are equal partners, and she will definitely take her share.
She acknowledges that their companionship was beautiful, but it has come to an end, yet they will continue to love each other.
Anuj expresses his love for her even when she wasn't with him and assures her that he will love her forever.
Anupama promises that she will love him even after she passes away.
The song "Tu Shayar Hai Main Teri Shayari" plays in the background as they both cry emotionally.
Anuj asks if she will forget him, to which Anupama firmly says she will never forget him, and she hopes he won't forget her either.
Anuj explains that he can't forget her because his name has "Anu" in it.
He shows her the moon and shares that when he was away in America, he used to search for her in the moon.
Anupama suggests that whenever she remembers him, she should look at the moon, knowing that he will be looking at it too.
They both share a laugh and then cry again.
