The Centre for Management Communication (CenComm) at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB) invites applications for the position of Academic Associate from qualified candidates.

Job Details

Position Academic Associate
Who can Apply Candidates with excellent academic credentials who have a long-term interest to engage in teaching in areas of Business and Managerial Communication
Qualification
  • Master’s degree in any social science or humanities discipline
  • Teaching experience at college level will be preferred
  • expected to have professional computer literacy skills and an understanding of online platforms
Stipend
  • Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 36,000 (Rupees Thirty-six Thousand only) per month
  • Additional house rent allowance of Rs. 8,000 (Rupees Eight Thousand) per month
  • Based on educational qualification and experience of the applicant.
  • Annual increment will be based on the performance
Job Duration
  • 1 Year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance
  • If the candidate registers for a    Ph.D. programme in another institution within the 3 years a further extension of 2 years can be given, and additional 1 year if sufficient progress on the dissertation work is seen
