ಕೃತ್ರಿಮವೊ ಜಗವೆಲ್ಲ ಸತ್ಯತೆಯದೆಲ್ಲಿಹುದೋ ? |
ಕರ್ತೃವೆನಿಸಿದನೆ ತಾಂ ಗುಪ್ತನಾಗಿಹನು ||
ಚತ್ರವೀ ಜಗವಿದರೊಳಾರ ಗುಣವೆಂತಹುದೋ ! |
ಯಾತ್ರಿಕನೆ,ಜಾಗರಿರೊ - ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮ||

ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮನ ಕಗ್ಗ ಪದ್ಯ- 22 ರಅರ್ಥ

ಈ ಜಗತ್ತೆಲ್ಲ ಕಪಟ, ಮೋಸಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿ ಹೋಗಿದೆ. ಸತ್ಯ ಎನ್ನುವದೋ ಎಲ್ಲೊ ಕಳೆದುಹೋಗಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ.
ಜಗವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದವನು ಪರಮಾತ್ಮ. ಅವನು ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಕಾಣುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವಿತುಕೊಂಡುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅವನು ಮುಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತೋ . ಅಥವಾ ಇಲ್ಲವೋ !!

ಈ ಪ್ರಪಂಚ ಒಂದು ಛತ್ರ. ಅನೇಕ ತರಹದ ಜನ. ಒಬ್ಬರ ಸ್ವಭಾವ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾರದು ಸ್ವಭಾವ ಹೇಗಿದೆಯೋ?! ನಿನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ನೀನು ಒಬ್ಬ ಯಾತ್ರಿಕನೇ. ಕೂಡಿ ಛತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಬೇಕು.

ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ನಂಬಬೇಡ. ನಂಬಿದರೆ ಮೋಸ ಹೋಗುವೆ. ಜಾಗರೂಕನಾಗಿರು.

Mankutimmana Kagga Verse -22 Meaning In English

This whole world is full of hypocrisy and deceit. Truth is lost somewhere.
God is the creator of the whole world. He is invisible. If he would be visible, this would not have happened.

This world is a choultry. Many kinds of people stay there. One's nature is not like another's. You don't know who is good or bad.

You are also a pilgrim or tourist in life.Have to stay together with others in this choultry, though for some time.

Don't trust everyone. If you trust, you will be deceived. Be careful.
